A rich golden colour with exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with hints of red fruits. The Pinot dominance brings depth and complexity to the palate with a long-lasting finish, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness. A fuller, more red fruited style. The richness of the palate and the good acidity make for a great food wine.

This is Ridgeview’s Traditional Blend and the Cavendish is dominantly Pinot Noir and Meunier with Chardonnay supporting.

Blend : 43% Pinot Noir – 29% Pinot Meunier – 28% Chardonnay

Serve with : seafood or canapés featuring duck or beetroot.
