Alsatiangeology is like a mosaic – granite, limestone, then passing through clay, shale and sandstone. This huge mosaic of terroirs is just perfect for Riesling to thrive happily. The terroir adds to the character and spirit of wine from Alsace, which are both unique and complex. This Riesling has an intense orange flower, lime and tropical fruit nose. The palate gives citrus, lemon curd and crisp green apple notes. And lastly there’s a lovely minerality.
