Jean Dirler and his wife, Ludivine manage this estate, passed down from father to son for five generations, and farmed biodynamically since 1998. This 100% Riesling is a blend from two plots, one 59 years old and the other 24, of Kessler grape, which grows over the east side of the Unterlinger hill, at an altitude of 300 to 390 meters and on a steep, even slope. All selected and in subtlety, this cuvée offers singular character and an acidic finish. A Riesling Grand Cru that is just perfect with scallops.
