The RieslingGrand CruSchlossberg from this legendary estate and comes from a plot of land located just above the Château de Kaysersberg. The wine opens with a very clean bouquet, revealing beautiful, concentrated, precise and fresh fruit. On the palate, it is a Riesling with theTrimbachsignature: very elegant, pure, rich, intense but refined with a nice freshness and a persistent salinity. It is a Riesling from the highest parcel of this prestigious cru, facing south, on the coldest soil. In short, this wine is a great dry and mineral Riesling produced in only 3,500 bottles. A great white wine!
