This terroir is iron rich bringing a great minerality to the wine. The nose is slightly spiced and very mineral with notes of ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, we find fresh yellow fruit – mango and lemon – giving it a lovely acidity and freshness. The finish is gently iodine and long.
