The Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Spätlese 2023 is very clear, pure and has a concentrated flinty nose. Soft, refined and very elegant on the palate, it is a weightless, saline and filigree Spätlese, playful, with great balance and delicacy. This VDP Grosse Lage is beautifully balanced and dances elegantly and dynamically on the palate.
