This Riesling is made from grapes grown and handpicked on the most favourable slopes of the Mosel Valley. Only the geography of these vineyards is the source of the optimal benefit of the sun on the harvest and therefore the best ripening conditions for premium Riesling. On the palate, the cuvée provides a nice balance between sweetness and acidity. It is the flavours of ripe apples and lime that make this off dry cuvée both lively and delicate in taste. A perfectly crafted Riesling that is a delight to drink.
