Carefully cultivated, the grapes, after vinification, give this wine minerality and freshness. On the nose, an elegant perfume of peach, apple and apricot envelops us. It is on the palate that we find this minerality, just as the wine attacks the palate, where the fruit gradually intensifies and is framed by a precise acid that gives a truly fresh and very pleasant taste.
