In 1974, Monika and André Boucher planted the first vines on the sunny slopes of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, in the far south-east of Corsica. Covering 20 hectares of granite soil, this unique terroir provides the ideal setting for the island’s iconic grape varieties: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu andVermentinu . From the outset, André chose to adopt environmentally friendly viticulture practices, convinced that wine is first and foremost made in the vineyard. In 1987, the vineyard obtained its firstorganiccertification, testimony to a visionary and committed approach. Today, Monika and Gwenaële Boucher have taken over the reins, continuing this legacy with the same passion and high standards.This 100% Vermentinu cuvée is fresh and mineral with notes of citrus, exotic fruits and delicate flowers. A bright and elegant wine, perfect as an aperitif or with grilled fish and bouillabaisse. Best enjoyed young, between 8 and 10°C.
