A juicy orange wine made from the Roditis grape variety, macerated for 20 days in antique amphora fermentors followed by further 6 months ageing in outdoor buried amphora. In the glass, an alluring translucent bronze colour, well-integrated tannins, joyous acidity and long aftertaste. Aromas of honeycomb, orange peel, and intense minerality. Serve chilled but not very cold (30-45 minutes in the fridge)
