Rolleston Vale Chardonnay is a vibrant fresh white from South Australia. It has light tropical fruit notes of peach, melon and mango that is rounded due to light oak aging.

Rolleston Vale Chardonnay is a great example of the new wave of Australian Chardonnay. It is a suppertime sipper full of fresh pineapple and fig flavours and not a trace of heavy-handed oak in sight. The fermentation took place partially in tanks and oak barrels. As a result the oak to plays a supporting role without overpowering the delicate fruit character.The fruit for this wine was grown in the Central Ranges that contain some of the higher, cooler vineyard sites in the state. This is an important, recently designated wine-growing zone. It is sometimes better known for the regions it comprises: running north to south along the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range (and in descending order of size): Mudgee, Orange and Cowra.
