Umanu – Corsican for ‘humans’ – mountains, sea, sun, cliffs, rivers, beaches and more. The rich diversity of this Corsican terroir makes it possible to make an array of wines of beautiful complexity. With a stunning rose petal pink colour, this wine’s nose is all finesse and offers notes of pomegranate, grapefruit and a hint of spice. On the palate the attack is edgy to then reveal its velvetiness of character, over notes of small red fruits. The finish brings us a hint of gentle spice and tension. Your summer seafood or fish-based meals will work marvellously with this sunny rosé that’s brimming with complexity and a superb balance!
