This sparkling wine, with its bright pale pink color, seduces with its fine, persistent bubbles. Its expressive nose reveals aromas of morello cherry and delicate flowers. After aeration, it reveals itself very pleasantly, blending aromas of cherries and strawberries with notes of mandarin, plum, and sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is creamy and silky, carried by a beautiful freshness. Aged on slats for 36 months, this tangy and salty rosé, medium-bodied, harmonious and complete, offers a vibrant heart of elegantly fleshy fruits, lively acidity and a mellow mousse. The finish is elegant, with beautiful tension and a finish full of finesse.
