Rosso 2022 is an organic italian red wine from Azienda Agricola Le Coste produced without added sulfites by Clémentine Bouvéron & Gian Marco Antonuzi

Cuvée dominated by95% Sangiovese, supplemented with Cannaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Vaiano, coplanted on light, tuffous soils, rich in minerals. Manual harvest. Vinification: natural, without additives, total destemming, three weeks of maceration of the berries with some crushing and pumping over. One year of aging in oak and chestnut casks of 10 hl and 20 hl. Six months of maturation in bottles at the Estate. No fining, no filtration, no added sulphur!
