Rosso de Coccio 2020 is an organic italian red wine from Azienda Agricola Le Coste produced without added sulfites by Clémentine Bouvéron & Gian Marco Antonuzi

Blend of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Merlot and Barbera grapes, from organic vines harvested by hand between the territory of Pitigliano and Manciano, volcanic soils. Vinification: total destemming, three weeks ofmacerationin amphora. Soft pressing, end alcoholic fermentation and one year of aging ina 500-liter amphora. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
