An exceptional cuvée, 100% Pineau D’Aunis, this is a pleasant rarity that is not afraid to please the most discerning palate. “Rouge-Gorge” is named after therobinthat returns in the spring. The yields of this wine are very limited with only 2500 l/ha to maintain the material and elegance. This wine has a very airy nose with spices and red summer fruits. Upon opening,roseemerges with a noble vegetable touch that is very exciting. The palate is trimmed in lace with a fine and silky texture with great length. The tannins are of rare finesse, a high-flying Pineau D’Aunis to discover immediately!
