This formidable Roussette was born on the slopes of Mont Granier (north-east of theChartreusemountains) where it enjoyed clay and limestone soils and a full western exposure, giving it a nice minerality and a good maturity. It is a wine with aromas of flowers and white fruits, which will evolve with notes of quince and hazelnut. This Roussette pairs perfectly with grilled fish or fish in sauce but also with cooked white meat.
