This Roussette is expressive with a refined, fruity nose �pear aromas with floral and honey notes �highlighting the Altesse grape variety. This variety is typical of the Savoie region and was brought back from Cyprus by the Duke ofSavoy . We find plenty of volume on the palate along with richness and harmony. This Roussette is very pleasant and will be great as an aperitif but will pair with fish or even a traditional veal dish.
