Deep dark ruby colour. Pronounced red fruit, raspberry and black cherry aromas on the nose. Elegant medium to full bodied red with medium tannins and intense notes of dark chocolate, spices, vanilla, lovely long finish.

hand harvests, cold maceration for 7 days. 90% of the grapes ferment spontaneously once the fermenting wines reaches 4% abv selected yeasts are added. 10% is fermented completely spontaneously. Malalactic fermentation in barrel with ageing for 10 months in 40% Bulgarian and 60% French oak barrels.
