The Ninot estate is a family story, with coopers and winemakers handed down from generation to generation since the 14th century. Today, Erell and Flavien Ninot are at the helm of the estate in Rully, which has been inorganicconversion since 2017. The vines of this Rully Chaponnière are on average 45 years old and are located at the foot of the Remenot mountain, right next to the estate. The nose has delicious aromas of small flowers and white peach. Its palate is round and fruity, it is the ideal wine to taste with shellfish or a fine fish!
