Clay-lime soil and an exclusive maturation in 228L oak barrels for 12 months, of which 10% new, give this wine its exceptional construction. It stands out for its persistent, juicy flavors, as well as for a color based on ruby cherry with deep pomegranate. This Rully offers a pleasing fruity freshness, revealing a delicious, subtle nose of red fruits. There is an ample feel in the mouth as well as a remarkable freshness, dominated by black cherry and crisp tannins. It starts off as subtle and rounded, then developing into a consistent, rounded and structured body with tannins that perfectly respect the fruit.A cuvée that is just perfect for an aperitif, accompanied by cold cuts or cheeses.
