Arumfrom Cartagena, Colombia, made from fermented cane honey and distilled in a column still. Aged using the solera method in old oak barrels, this XO rum benefits from prolonged ageing and reveals deep notes of caramel, cocoa and vanilla, with a subtle touch of roasted coffee and precious wood. Almost velvety, it has a beautiful roundness and a lingering finish, marked by flavours of candied fruit, sweet spices and dark chocolate.
