A white agricultural rum produced in Martinique, at the heart of the La Favorite family distillery. Made exclusively from pure sugar cane juice, harvested by hand from neighbouring plantations. The fresh cane is pressed quickly after cutting, ensuring that the aromas are preserved. Fermentation is natural and slow, contributing to the aromatic complexity of the final product. Distillation takes place in a copper Creole column, a traditional Martinican process, which produces a rum that is both powerful and elegant. An expressive yet perfectly balanced spirit. It reveals floral notes, fresh cane, lime and a slight hint of pepper. The attack is frank and lively, with a beautiful roundness and a marked persistence of herbaceous and fruity aromas.
