In 2018, as the distillery celebrated its 85th anniversary, Neisson decided to take a new direction in the production of its rums. In addition to introducingorganicfarming on some of its plots, Grégory Vernant (manager and grandson of the founder) wanted to gain greater control over the ageing process and selected a unique heating profile for Neisson in order to develop the distillery’s characteristic aromas. Profil 105 is a rum aged in wood with character and great richness. With its intense flavour, you will enjoy its complexity and melt-in-the-mouth texture!
