Martinique AOC rhum agricole and fruits from a chemical-limiting farming cooperative in Réunion are the main ingredients used by Rhums de Ced to make their rhums arrangés a success. On a perpetual quest for innovation, they age their vanilla-macadamia rhum arrangé for 6 months in aCognacbarrel before bottling it. This ageing affords it a slightly oaky side and allows the vanilla to contribute intensity to this macerated drink.
