Here is a cult wine known and sought after by connoisseurs and sommeliers worldwide. After 18 months of barrel ageing, strawberry and raspberry aromas explode on the nose; these are also tinted by complex notes of heath, vanilla and dried herbs on its fine finish. The palate is powerful and structured, with lots of creaminess on aromas of fresh strawberry compote and cherries, combined with thyme and nutmeg. It needs a little time to become its most refined. Ultimately, it should reward patient fans (or those equipped with a carafe or big glasses!).
