Made from old vines with an east/south-east exposure on the granite slopes of Tournon, this Saint-Joseph 2023 reveals all the strength of its terroir. Traditionally vinified and matured for 15 months in demi-muids, it has an intense colour and a nose of black fruit, bacon and warm stone. The palate is powerful, chiselled, long and fresh, carried by elegant tannins. A wine with character, destined to age well!
