Yann Chave has produced a Saint-Joseph of remarkable precision from plots in the hills above Mercurol. The 2023 vintage, vinified in concrete vats and matured for 12 months in demi-muids, captivates with its freshness, finesse and aromatic depth. On the palate, it is a model of balance: juicy black fruit, a floral touch (violet), spicy notes and a delicately peppery finish. An elegant red, perfect with grilled meats or Mediterranean cuisine.
