Saint Romain Clos du Cerisier 2020 Magnum is a natural white Burgundy wine produced by Frédéric Cossard at Domaine de Chassorney in Saint Romain.

100% Chardonnay from a parcel in the Saint-Romain appellation, in the “Sous le Château” sector. This is a monopole vineyard planted in 2000 by Fred on a steep slope of stony white soils, facing East. Manual harvest. Vinification is entirely natural: direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in egg-shaped cement vats for 14 months. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites.
