For more than 30 years, the Collovray and Terrier families have been working in the heart of the unique landscapes of Burgundy, in search of the purest expression of Chardonnay, on clay-limestone soils. This Saint-Véran is the first cuvée historically produced at the Domaine des Deux Roches, in 1983. Today, this vintage offers us a nice tasting moment, with a clean and frank attack on the palate, a beautiful minerality typical of its terroir and very pleasant lemony notes on the finish.
