Salcombe Distilling Co. was founded by friends Angus and Howard who first met at the Island Cruising Club as instructors. The Start Point Gin is named after the ‘Start Pointâ€?lighthouse which helped guide the Salcombe Fruit Schooners at the beginning of the 19th century. Their cargo is also what has inspired the flavour profile of this citrus-led gin with exotic spices.
