Salon 2007 Vintage Champagne is the 41st release from this prestigious single vineyard Champagne House. Blanc de Blancs is the purest form of Champagne and this vintage is no exception, offering elegant structure and delicate power. 2007 will be the last vintage to be released in a 75cl bottle for some time, making this as exclusive as it is radiant.

Salon is a pioneer of Blanc de Blancs Champagne and is as intransigent as it is captivating.

After spending 10 years on lees, this Champagne was disgorged in Autumn 2017 and is perfect to open now but will last until at least 2050.
