“Sanguette” is a wine made from a plot of Mondeuse and one of Douce noire, a little-known Savoyardgrape variety(which is a shame). This rare grape variety gives Mondeuse a distinctive bouquet with notes of red berries, violets and a very slightly smoky finish. This cuvée, with its fine, elegant tannic structure, is sure to delight wine-lovers.
