SanLázaro2021–Artadi

Tempranillo from a parcel of 1.62 hectares planted in 1956 on soil rich in limestone and sand. San Lazaro 2021 is an expressive, elegant cuvée. Thewine offersaromas of black berries, bracken, black truffle and blueberry, building to a medium to full body with a tight structure on the palate, showing fine compacted tannins and excellent length. On the palate, there are notes of lead pencil shavings and black fruit on the finish. Powerful, the wine has structure, depth and tannins, good ripeness but without excess. A serious, racy wine that can be aged for many years.
