Sans Pression is an ultra drinkable, dry PetNat made from equal parts of Sauvignon Blanc and a verity local to the region of Gaillac.

Fun and ultra drinkable, dry PetNat made from equal parts of Sauvignon Blanc and a verity local to the region of Gaillac called loin de l’oeil (Translates to “far from the eye”, because the grape, with its long stem, ends up some distance away from the bud it grows from). It’s full of youthful joy and is meant to be drunk “sans pression”, without pressure, which is the best way to enjoy a glass of bubbly every now and again. Serve well chilled.
