Made from Patrinia (Olive of Patras) & Stafiloelia (Grape Olive) varieties from the family’s organic olive grove, found next to their vineyard plots in Santameri, Western Achaia, North-West Peloponnese. Low intervention cultivation and certified Organic & Biodynamic.

It has a beautiful intense limpid golden colour with green hues. Intensely fruity, evokes rich aromas of mint and rosemary, together with notes of black pepper and almond. Its taste is equally full with ample vegetal flavours of artichoke, wild chicory and thistle. Its fresh pungency is definite and harmonic. A great oil to use as a final touch on a variety of dishes, including pulses and dips, as well as to cook into, as in vegetable casseroles, meat ragu dishes and baked pasta.
