Monica is a typical Sardinian blackgrape variety . It produces colourful, supple wines that are best enjoyed young. Saragat Monica has a bright red colour with violet highlights. The fragrance is characterised by intense, enveloping notes of Morello cherry, plum and wild berries. On the palate, it reveals notes of red fruit and spices. Round tannins follow through to a long, lingering finish. A perfect accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes, it’s an easy choice for any table.
