A traditionalgrape varietyfrom the Loire, in the spotlight for this cuvée. The vinification follows a strict methodology that results in a highly aromatic wine with plenty of freshness. When tasting this wine, you will find hints of violet but also delicious aromas of fresh red fruits. The finish in the mouth has appreciable fine, silky tannins. Try it with red meat or a goat’s or sheep’s milk cheese.
