Following the great success of Maison Auzias’ ChardonnayViognier , here is the Chardonnay Sauvignon version, which is just as interesting and yet very different. The Chardonnay brings roundness and floral and honeyed notes, while the Sauvignon adds a touch of zest and freshness with delicate citrus notes. This blend, aged on fine lees, produces a balanced white wine that is both smooth and fresh, and particularly pleasant.
