The vines, from between 15 and 60 years of age, give great complexity and a lovely maturity to the grapes! A deep ruby red Savigny-Lès-Beaune with delicate fruity flavors – morello cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry, accompanied by a spicy note of black pepper. Beautifully round on the palate, with a certain suppleness and an ample, delicate structure. The tannins are light but present, for a nice long finish. This cuvée can be cellared for between 2 and 10 years, when it will develop smoothly, keeping all of its strong, fruity character. This Savigny is the ideal companion for light dishes with red or white meat! It also pairs beautifully with a plate of cheeses or a chocolate dessert. With its delicate, elegant structure, this year is a genuine invitation to discover the terroirs of Burgundy.
