Cultivated since 1974 with absolute respect for nature, the vineyard has been organically farmed since its inception and certified since 1987. This visionary choice, driven by Monika and André, gives the wines remarkable authenticity and purity. This cuvée, with its deep colour and purple highlights, is preceded by an intense nose of red fruits dominated by raspberry. The palate is round and delicious, seducing with its freshness and balance. Enjoy it now or keep it for up to 10 years. It pairs beautifully with Corsican meats, grilled lobster or sheep’s milk cheeses.
