Couhins La Gravette Blanc, 2021

Fresh and sprightly, with aromatics of spring flowers and citrus. On the palate its bone dry with flavours of white peach, lime, pear and green apples. All rounded off with a persistant, zesty finish.

Domaine Guerrin & Fils, “La Marechaude” Pouilly-Fuisse Premier Cru, 2023

Hailing from the Pouilly-Fuissé premier cru vineyard La Maréchaude, this mellow yet flamboyant 100% Chardonnay is a true expression of its distinguished terroir. The nose unveils a sophisticated medley of ripe stone fruit, touched with nuances of blooming white flowers and toasty hazelnuts. On the palate, it is a symphony of balance and subtlety, combining a graceful minerality with a refined structure.

• Slow fermentation in French oak barrels (with 20% new)
• Fermentation with native yeasts

Domaine de l’Amauve, “La Daurele”, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Seguret, Blanc, 2024

This wine from Seguret, Côtes du Rhône Villages is a beautiful pale yellow colour with green notes. The nose is expressive with notes of white flowers, citrus and pear. The mouth, all in roundness, freshness and fruit, ends on a soft and silky impression. Part of this cuvée is barrel fermented and then aged for a few months on fine lees.

Domaine Derey Frères Bourgogne Cote d’Or Rouge, 2023

The nose reveals red and black fruits such as cherry. The palate, is fresh and balanced notes of raspberries, cherries and strawberries. The wine is balanced, fresh with lovely acidity. A fleshy, fruity wine with a nice length.

• 100% Pinot Noir

Domaine Font Sane, Ventoux, Vieilles Vignes, 2023

This Ventoux has an intense deep purple colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals fresh fig and pepper notes mingled with black fruit aromas. The palate is smooth, round, with present yet youthful and fine tannins, giving a supple wine full of fruity, crunchy flavours.

• Blend of 70% Grenache ; 30% Syrah

Château Coufran, 2016

Château Coufran 2016 is a remarkably bold wine, offering both roundness and silkiness on the palate. Its finish is exceptionally long, leaving a lasting aromatic impression. The estate’s mature Merlot vines contribute to the wine’s appealing aromatic richness and excellent aging potential.
