This cuvée hails from a mosaic schist terroir situated at an altitude of 325 metres. Developing in the midst of the garrigue, the Syrah has the benefit of the freshness of the summer nights to make its grapes ripen peacefully, and the light and wind to reinforce the concentration of its aromas. With notes of thyme, rockrose, rosemary and violet, Secret de Schistes is reserved for exceptional occasions and the most exquisite gastronomy.
