Selladore Provençe Blanc had been produced in the heart of the South of France from vines located in the prestigious appellations of the Coteaux Varois en Provence and the Côtes de Provence. The wine is produced from 100% Vermentino grapes that have all been hand-picked then partly fermented in stainless steel and oak, then aged for at least six months before bottling.
