ThisBrutcider from Eric Bordelet has been made from 20 different varieties of apple â€?sweet, bitter and sour. The transformation takes place according to each fruit type, then assembled, coarsely ground and delicately pressed. It is then left to settle and placed in racks. Fermentation is natural and traditional in vats and then in barrels. This blend is a dry, highly expressive cider that’s equally tangy and crisp with gentle zesty notes. Really refreshing Brut cider!
