Sans The youngest member of the Sierra Antiguo family is aged for 26-months in oak (presumably the colour has been filtered out before bottling). It offers medium-fresh aromas of green olive brine, paprika, dill pickle and resin that follow in a smooth, rounded Blanco with flavours of salted lime, juicy agave, white pepper and mineral. Those notes glide through to a warming, oily, sappy finish adding hints of green capsicum and pipe tobacco. Get past the hackneyed presentation and this delivers impressive body and mouthfeel – especially given its entry-level ABV. 40% Alc./Vol.
