Produced using the traditional method, it undergoes 48 months of lees aging, resulting in a wine with exceptional depth and fine, smooth bubbles. Aromas of hazelnut, butter, toasted green apple, honey, and orange rind lead to a robust and deep palate, culminating in a spectacularly long finish. With a limited production of approximately 900 bottles annually, it’s a hidden gem awaiting discovery.
