Patron is made from 100% Weber Blue Agave sourced from the Jalisco mountains, a region famous for its perfect combination of rich and mineral volcanic soil and microclimate that produces the finest agave. After harvest the ‘pina’ are selected, trimmed and steam baked before macerating with natural stone milling wheels. Fermented with the fibre of the pina to impart its unique flavour and smoothness, it then go through double distillation.
