Sinople2023–ChâteaudeCoulaine

This parcel is located in the area known as “Clos deCoulaine “, where the Chenin vines were planted over 30 years ago, giving full expression to this terroir of clay, silt and white and yellow tufa. The wine is pale in colour, with a light woody character that blends into the fleshy body of the wine, which has been matured on its fine lees. The natural acidity balances the full-bodied flavours created by the natural stirring of the lees during fermentation. This cuvée goes well with refined dishes such as river fish and white meats, as well as lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
