Sipsmith was established in 2009 in Hammersmith and is the first copper pot based distillery to start up in London in 189 years. They make their spirits by hand in small batches, just a few hundred bottles a time. Inspired by London Gin history, they balance modern technology with traditional recipes and techniques. Their spirits are distilled by Prudence, the first copper still to launch in London for 200 years.

After they distill their award winning Gin on their copper still, they blend it with flavours including lemon verbena and Earl Grey Tea infusion. The result is an aromatic and dry mixer perfect for your Summer.
